US BioDesign Services: Responsive. Collaborative. Flexible.
Successfully launching a new medical device involves completing critical, project stage-gates faster than the competition. To help our clients achieve their goals for developing biomedical textile components, we function as an extension of our clients’ engineering teams to address as many parts of the process as possible, ensuring quality results with accuracy, efficiency, speed, and quality.
At US BioDesign, our services include:
Our Service Philosophy: When the Customer Wins, We Win
Our approach to service is to put your goals first. Because our team has accumulated more than 100 years of combined experience working with biomedical textiles for medical device companies, we know what it takes to make sure you come out ahead. The key components of our approach to service are attentiveness, responsiveness, collaboration and flexibility.
Our experience has shown that engineers can be eager to leap into problem solving, sometimes before all information may be available. This is why we often follow up initial inquiries and mid-project status reports with telephone or Skype calls -- to make sure two-way communication is as clear as possible. In the long run, the fastest route to successful product development is the one with an efficient number of sample iterations.
At US BioDesign, we understand that often, the first company to launch a new medical device in the market “wins.” Our goal is to ensure that you are the winner, and to that end, we make responsiveness a priority. We strive to respond to our clients’ questions within 24 hours. Quick responses help us ensure that your inquiry is received and addressed as quickly as possible. When it comes time to process your order, you can count us to deliver on time.
Every successful biomedical textile development project is the result of a collaborative effort between our engineers and our clients. As the project approaches the point of “tweaking” a promising design, we encourage our clients to visit us and participate in the fine-tuning process. Real-time feedback and adjustment is much more efficient when our clients can see and discuss the output of our manufacturing process at our facility, rather than at a distance, on a conference call.
Rigid shipping policies and long lead times can make it difficult to get a product to market as quickly as possible. Where feasible, we offer flexible options such as partial shipments and prioritized items which can help accelerate your timeline for getting a product to market, typically 2 to 3 weeks.
